From Hiring we are collaborating with an important company of air conditioning installations, electricity and renewable energy systems that currently needs to incorporate a MANAGER for the management of their works located in Barcelona and surroundings. It is a family company consolidated in the sector with more than fifteen years of experience.

Requirements

-Minimum education: Degree in Technical Architecture, Degree in Building, Architect, Technical Engineer or similar.

– Minimum experience: At least 3 years as a BUILDING MANAGER; in installation works, managing the economic, technical and quality planning of the projects.

– Indispensable resident in the province.

– Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual level.

– Necessary knowledge: Electricity, Air Conditioning, Management, Materials, Supervision, Energy, Leadership.

What will be your functions in the company?

Coordination and supervision of the works. Planning, controlling and coordinating all the intervening elements of the installation works.

Coordination and supervision of the human, technical and material resources of the works to be carried out.

Management of quality control on site.

Management and leadership of the human team

Informing and reporting to general management
