From Hiring we are collaborating with a construction company in reference to the sector and in continuous growth. Currently, we need to incorporate a STUDIES MANAGER for its central offices located in Sant Cugat.

Requirements

-Minimum education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technical Engineering in mechanics, electricity or electronics.

-Minimum experience: More than 5 years of experience in an installation, construction or engineering company.

-Imprescindible resident in the province.

– Essential to have a good command of Autocad, TCQ, Microsoft Project and Office package.

– Organized, methodical, with attention to detail, analytical and dynamic profile.

– Experience as a team leader and manager.

What will be your functions in the company?

Preparing technical reports for the tendering of public works tenders, and monitoring them until they are awarded.

Study of specifications, generation of a summary report and formulation of questions to the contracting body.

Carrying out the economic study with request for bids from suppliers and subcontractors, and technical analysis of alternatives.

Team management and coordination.
