From Hiring we are collaborating with an important Graphic Arts company based in Terrassa. We are looking for a Shift Manager for their production center.

Requirements

-Minimum education: Higher Level Training Cycle.

-Minimum experience: At least 3 years as Shift/Production Manager.

-Must be a resident in the province of the vacant position.

-Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual level, Catalan – Native or Bilingual level.

-Skills required: Management, Graphic Arts, Staff Supervision, Team Management, Optimisation, Supervision

-Experience in team management

-Experience in Production

-Computer skills

What will be your functions in the company?

-Planning of the OF managing ERP’s and execution of the production in all the machines of the factory taking into account the needs and objectives of the company.

-Supervision of the plant staff and verification that the functions are carried out correctly. Technical validation of the productions in progress, whether in the processes of Printing, Die-cutting, Gumming and Handling.

-Analysis of production by means of monthly KPI’s: volume of production carried out, machine occupation, efficiency of format changes, productivity of each phase.

-Search for constant improvements and the necessary investments to achieve them.

-Organization of factory space and optimization of available space.
