From Hiring we are collaborating with an important multinational company dedicated to offering solutions in the Logistics sector. We are currently looking for an office caretaker on an indefinite basis for the reception of their facilities located in Baix Llobregat.



-Minimum education level: Compulsory Secondary Education.

-Minimum experience: More than 5 years of proven experience as a Concierge in consolidated companies.

-Essential resident in the Province Vacant Position

-Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual, Catalan – Native or Bilingual.

-Knowledge required: Access control, Surveillance, Email, Access control, Heating, Air conditioning.

-Presence and image.

-Polite, customer oriented and attentive to detail.

-Experience in the use of computer tools, email and telephone switchboard.


What will be your duties in the company?

Reception and attention to visitors.

Access control.

Detection of incidences in lights, heating, lifts, air conditioning, etc.

Alarm control.

Reception of parcels and registration of date of entry for tracking.

Surveillance of access to the centre via closed circuit.

Communicating all incidents observed during the shift to the next shift.

Control the entry and exit of visits from customers and suppliers, providing access cards.
