LEVEL 3 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (HELPDESK)

From Hiring People, we select SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR LEVEL 3, for a consolidated company, located in MATARÓ, dedicated to offer global technological solutions, and provide coverage, computer assistance and resolution on site.
Requirements
-Minimum studies: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior – Superior Technician in Microcomputer Systems and Networks.
-Minimum experience: At least 3 years performing Help Desk support level II and III.
-Languages required: English – Advanced level (Candidates without this requirement should not apply).
-Required skills: VMware, Helpdesk, VPN, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Firewall, Informatica, Veritas Backup Exec, Systems level.
– Driving licence and own vehicle.
What will your duties be?
Helpdesk support level II-III.
Incident resolution and management of ticketing tools, in real time via telephone support or face-to-face assistance.
Maintenance, supervision, configuration and installation of servers and virtual environments.
Installation and maintenance of networks and structured cabling.
Installation and maintenance of software: Ms Exchange, Veritas Backup, etc.
Installation and management of VPN, routing, etc.
Advanced server and Office 365 support (certification is an asset).

From Monday to Thursday, from 9h to 14h and from 15h to 18h, and on Fridays intensive working hours.
