From Hiring we are collaborating with a very well known FMCG company, near the center of Guadalajara in the selection of a Site Applications Support.

 

Requirements

-Minimum education: Technical Engineering

-Minimum experience: At least 2 years.

-Must be resident in Spain

-Languages required: English – Advanced Level C1 minimum, spoken and written.

-Required skills: Troubleshooting, Problem solving, IT, Software, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, SAP.

-Proficiency in most SAP modules: PP, PP/PI, MM, SD, WM (HU), QM, CS, FI, CO, PM, DMS.

-Communication skills.

-Problem solving skills

In-depth understanding of the company’s business processes.

-SAP (ECC6) supports proven experience (at least 2 years).

-Familiarity with other business applications such as BI, HR

-Computer Science background (Engineering or Higher Degree).

 

What will your duties be?

– Support all business information systems and software applications on site: SAP, BI, HR, SAP ECC6, EhP8.

– The modules are: PP, PP/PI, MM, SD, WM (HU), QM, CS, FI, CO, PM, DMS.

– Providing first level support to all related users (“how to”, troubleshooting problems)

– Troubleshooting, resolution and escalation of applications to corporate IT team

– Applications related to equipment troubleshooting, configurations and escalation to local system administrator (barcode label printers, scanners, tablets, etc.).

– Cooperation and collaboration with the local system administrator.

– Cooperation and collaboration with the corporate IT team

– Maintain high user support satisfaction.

– In-depth familiarity with site business processes.

– Represent the needs and requirements of the site business processes to the corporate IT team.

– Support the corporate IT team to enhance existing IT applications and solutions.

– Support the corporate IT team to assimilate new IT application processes and solutions.

– Propose business process improvement by IT applications.

– Preserve process knowledge by maintaining user manuals, new employee trainings, refresher trainings.
