From Hiring we are collaborating with an important Outsourcing company dedicated to the outsourcing of general services and Outsourcing. We are currently looking for a HHRR DIRECTOR for their central offices located in Badalona.

 

Requirements

-Minimum studies: Graduate in Labor Relations or Psychology.

-Minimum experience: At least 4 years working as a HR Manager.

-Must be a resident in the province of the vacant position.

-Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual, Catalan – Native or Bilingual.

-Knowledge required: Labor regulations, Labor relations, Psychology, Law, Conflict resolution, Compliance, Human resources.

Law, Conflict Resolution, Regulatory Compliance, Budgeting, etc.

-Experience of at least 4 years

-Proactive, formal, orderly and rigorous in their work.

-Experience in companies with works councils.

 

 

What will be your role in the company?

Establish and manage budgets, control expenditure and ensure efficient use of resources.

Establish and direct the department’s operational and administrative procedures

Overseeing the development and implementation of management information systems

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to labor rights, health and safety, equity and related issues

Overseeing the selection, training and performance of the organization’s entire staff

Monitoring compliance with labor regulations and legal interpretation/assistance with new legislative developments

Representing the company/organization in dealings with external bodies

Labor relations with staff and dispute resolution
