From Hiring we are collaborating with one of the most important private clinics in Barcelona in the selection of a Nursing Supervisor (ICU – Emergency).

Requirements

-Minimum education: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (homologized in the case of foreign degrees).

-Master’s degree/specialty in Intensive Care Nursing.

-Languages required: Spanish – Advanced level.

-3 years of experience in ICU – Emergency Room.

What will be your duties in the hospital?

– Manage the staff of the designated services under your responsibility.

– Control and monitoring of quality of care and patient safety indicators

– Respecting and maintaining an appropriate relationship with patients and relatives

– Comply with the procedures and work instructions applicable to their processes, including occupational health and safety regulations.

– Promote effective interdepartmental collaboration

– Participate in the training of new professionals.

– Verify that tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with established protocols.

– Supervise the maintenance, conservation and correct handling of material.

What do we offer?

Permanent contract and gross annual salary of €38,000 divided into 12 payments (+ €325 extra shifts).

Housing subsidies for nurses residing outside Catalonia (room in a shared flat with other colleagues).

Social benefits: discounts for employees in the car park (€0.35/day), the centre’s canteen (from €1.75), medical insurance, interventions and treatments.

Working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 + one Saturday or Sunday shift per month.
