From Hiring we are collaborating with an important company of air conditioning, electricity and renewable energy systems installations that currently needs to incorporate a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for the management of their works located in Barcelona and surroundings. It is a family company consolidated in the sector with more than fifteen years of experience.



-Minimum studies: Degree in Technical Architecture, Degree in Building, Architect, Technical Engineer or similar.

-Minimum experience: At least 3 years as a BUILDING MANAGER; in installation works, managing the economic, technical and quality planning of the projects.

-Essential to be a resident in the province where the vacant position is located.

-Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual level.

-Knowledge required: Electricity, Climatization, Management, Materials, Supervision, Energy, Leadership.



What will be your functions in the company?

Coordination and supervision of the work. Planning, controlling and coordinating all the intervening elements of the installation works.

Coordination and supervision of the human, technical and material resources of the works to be carried out.

Management of quality control on site.

Management and leadership of the human team

Informing and reporting to general management
