From Hiring we are collaborating with a prestigious company in the nautical sector, dedicated to providing comprehensive technical advice and engineering services for all types of boats. They are currently looking for a Nautical Logistics Administrator.



-Minimum studies: Degree in Marketing and Logistics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.

-University Degree in International Trade is highly desirable,

-Minimum experience: At least 2 years previous experience with logistics or maritime transport.

-Necessary knowledge: Logistics, Maritime logistics, Shipping, Invoicing, Transport, Recreational yachts, Management, Budgeting, Shipping sector.

– Fluency and ease of communication with different clients, mainly in English.

– High level of English, both oral and written, is ESSENTIAL.

– Fluency with computer tools.

– Knowledge of boats and lengths is valuable.

– We are looking for a person with good communication skills, empathetic and used to working in dynamic environments.


What will be your duties in the company?

Prepare logistical documentation for incoming and outgoing vessels and notify customers when movements take place.

Coordinate the movements of incoming and outgoing vessels with the crane manager.

Management of the agenda of the different clients.

Customer service, in person, by telephone and e-mail.

Preparation of estimates and invoicing.

Search for quality and excellence in service.

Full time from Monday to Friday from 08h-13h and 14h-17h. One Saturday a month from 08h-13h.

Salary range of 25.000€/year approx. depending on qualifications.
